If your return is approved, we will send you another order or initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are a small family owned and operated business. We plan to get your order shipped as quickly as possible but please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.
All shipments will be sent via USPS. We offer FREE shipping in the U.S on orders over $75. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied to qualify.
Our products contain oils that can melt in high temperature months. Please ensure you double-check your address information and ensure it can be collected promptly upon delivery during warmer months. If the product arrives melted, the formula will remain the same, leave the product at room temperature and allow time for the product to adjust. During colder months products may harden or freeze. If this occurs, leave the product at room temperature and allow time for the product to adjust. The formula will remain the same after thawing and can still be used.
